Search Engine Commando Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. This agreement is between Search Engine Commando, LLC (SEC) and the Affiliate.
2. SEC reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.
3. SEC reserves the right to decline an Affiliate account application, without reason or cause.
4. SEC reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, at our absolute discretion. All accounts will be settled and any outstanding commissions paid up to and including the termination date within 30 days at the end of the current accounting period.
5. All accounts will be settled in full within 30 days at the end of every month subject to conditions outlined in paragraph 6.
6. If the due total for the current accounting period is less than $100, the outstanding amount will be carried over to the next accounting period.
7. If you are a resident or citizen of the United States, we will require a completed W-9 Taxpayer Identification form (which can be mailed or faxed to us). Otherwise, we may be required to withhold 30% of funds.
8. Any custom promotional material or artwork, is subject to our review.
9. The account may be terminated by the Affiliate at any time. Termination must be in writing and all outstanding accounts up to and including the termination date, will be settled within 30 days at the end of the next accounting period.
10. SEC will pay a 15% commission from any purchase identified as being made by a person referred via a link placed on the referring Affiliate's web site. The sale must be made within 2 months of referral for a commission to be due.
11. SEC will pay a 2% bonus commission from any purchase identified as being made through an affiliate who provided Affiliate's ID as their "referrer" when they joined the affiliate program.
12. If a single customer is referred by more than one Affiliate, only the most recent Affiliate will be recognized.
13. A referral commission will not be paid on orders that are fraudulent, result in a chargeback, or a customer refund.
14. Affiliate may NOT promote SEC products or hyperlink addresses in any unsolicited email or spam.
15. This agreement in no way authorizes Affiliate to represent SEC or it's products to any third parties.
16. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
